Tried the “bestseller” noodles at the 39 mile pit stop and I would love to have a bowl now! This has a similar texture to Singapore’s lor mee but the soup is thicker in texture, keeping the noodles hot as you eat it. The soup is flavourful and slightly spicy too! 😋
