Matcha ice cream with azuki filling, encased with a matcha white chocolate shell. Served with azuki ice cream and red bean paste!

One of the more interesting desserts. Love the “smoky” element, really brings out the richness of the cocoa! Served with yoghurt ice cream and feuilletine!

The coconut pudding had the texture of a panna cotta! Good pairing of flavors here 😋

Perfectly grilled, lusciously fatty piece of short rib. Complemented by a desirable sweetness from the onion jam

Highly addictive snack! Fried food always goes well with creamy truffle sauce! Pickled daikon was smart to cut the richness of the dish

Too rich for my palate, missing the smokiness from the grilled aubergines. Expectations were set high with the word burnt
