A mixture of glass noodles and soy sauce was then added into the pot to cook, and finished off with a handful of green onions. Before we started digging, we gave it a good mix of all the ingredients, and yes it was delicious! The springy glass noodles was spiced with scrumptious flavors of black pepper and soy sauce, and the tiger prawns were fresh and succulent. Personally I would prefer this to Pu Ob Woon Sen (Crab with Glass Noodles), as it was more satisfying and less messier to enjoy. Not exactly street food prices, but the quality of ingredients definitely made up for it! They only starts from 5pm onwards and normally sold out by 8pm. It is advisable to come early and if you are late, better luck next time!

Living up to its reputation, specialising in Goong Ob Woon Sen and Puu Ob Woon Sen, they only starts from 5pm onwards and normally sold out by 8pm. It is advisable to come early and if you are late, better luck next time!

Started with this Pu Ob Woon Sen (Crab with Glass Noodles), where the crab was first cooked in the pot over blazing flames, along with some seasonings. A mixture of glass noodles and soy sauce was then added into the pot to cook, and finished off with a handful of green onions. We gave it a good mix of all the ingredients in the pot before we start, and yes it was delicious! The springy glass noodles was spiced with scrumptious flavors of black pepper and soy sauce, and the crab were sweet with nice smoky flavor. Not exactly street food prices, but the quality of ingredients definitely made up for it!
