been hankering for a good hor fun for a while. this 月光河粉 did not disappoint. (月光 or moonlight refers to the addition of a raw egg on top.) thick sheets of rice noodles stir-fried in a sweet, savoury sauce with bits of meat and seafood, topped with a raw egg. break the yolk, squeeze some lime and mix it all up - a satisfying dinner right there 🤤
Wok fire was sufficient and rice was the overnight type. I wished I could try more of their food but alone lah.

Ken's Kitchen Chicken rice stall is always filled with lunch crowds from industrial sites and uniformed personnel. I like the way they drizzle the chicken with their soya and sesame sauce on the chicken. It blends extremely well with the meat. When eaten with their chicken rice, the combination is simply awesome. All I can say is, eat Ranger.
