A way overdue post. This jiapalang stall is run by the children of a top Hong Kong chef. Jiapalang because the menu is quite varied and I normally just eat what they have. I don't know the name of these dumplings but they're huge with lots of ingredients. But they're cold and dry already so weren't great.

Gen Shu at Blk 74 TPY Lor 4 market. The most impressive was the lor mai kai, chockful of ingredients & super flavorful. Plus the porridge, it was light (typical of Cantonese dim sum porridge), but was really chockful of ingredients in every mouthful ( chicken, peanut, you name it. )
Century Egg Porridge had Cantonese cooking mastery all over it...soft, aromatic, smooth and tasty. Onion Meat Sauce Chee Cheong Fun was super yummy. Will be back for more dim sum!
