Shatteringly crispy skin that's consistent as the crowd flow allows for them to keep baking and sell fresh from the oven. The custard was full and a nice sweetness.
This is my favourite Portuguese egg tart now. Make no mistake, it's nothing like the normal one, but it really is very good
The middle was creamy and sour, molten kind. The crust was gone though, evidently this was the less popular version so it's been sitting for a while
