From the Burpple community

Tucked in a small corner of Ning Po Street, this is literally a hole-in-the-wall street food stall unassuming to many foreigners. Besides the featured signature noodle snack, their menu also includes shark’s fin soup & local go-tos like siewmai & curry fishballs; not sure if they sell booze too because I’m sure they go well together.
‘Doggie’s Noodles’ are essentially medium-length cylindrical-shaped rice flour simmered in thick concentrated gooey broth, with bonus umami from dried shrimps, shiitake mushrooms, garlic & chives. Feel free to add your own preserved vegetables (chye poh) & chili provided on the table for added texture & dimension. 💖Reminds me a lot of the wetter version of abacus seeds and the hybrid of meetaimak & meehoonkuey.
P.S. Realised that I totally forgot to post this as I was clearing my #BZExplore album. Highly recommended if you want to do away from popular common food trails & experience eating like a local in HK. Can’t wait to be back!

All started by a young entrepreneur who decided to change the regular HK street food. Instead the regular chicken, he used turkey in almost every of his dish. Famous for their granitic turkey drumstick (for HKD 20) and noodle soup (HKD 20), this was 2nd on their list. Turkeys simmered for a least 4 hours and used the broth to create this thick "shark fin" like soup. Its savoriness was like pama ham and the sliced black fungus gave the soup a crisp. Not a bad eat esp in this chilly weather.
They had many branches. If you passed by one, just give it a try.
