Signature pork belly rice was tasty with light and delicate sauce. The flavour was not the intense and rich type. The signature grass jelly with yamball was fresh, refreshing and addictive.

Perfect for a rainy day but we had to queue around 15 mins on a Friday night.
Mee sua $6/7
Salted chicken 盐酥鸡 $7
Marinated cucumber $4
Simple and no frills meal :-)

With Taiwan opening up their borders, many of you may be flying there for holidays. But for those of you peasants like me whose either out of money or out of annual leaves, this may be a good option for you!

The mee sua and lu rou fan were pretty basic and nothing out of the norm but the sides and bubble tea were what attracted me most. The Marinated Oyster Mushroom, albeit plain looking, was anything but. Savoury and tasty, they were pretty addictive and had me popping them into my mouth in quick successions. The Salted Chicken was fried to a crisp golden brown and spots a light crunch with every bite. The batter weren’t too thick either, with a decent chunk of meat with ar h mouthful.

Fluffy French toast with two small blocks of butter and condensed milk is all you need. They serve other authentic Taiwanese food that is very delicious as well. Tend to be crowded during peak hours. Arrive early!

Expected Damage: $10-$15/pax

Bubble milk tea (0%) ($3.90)
Pearl were all mini, and were q chewy. Most flavour only came from the pearls tho!

Grass jelly milk tea (0%) ($4.90)
Bubble green tea (0%) ($3.90)
Q like their green tea, there's a nice floral fragrance - altho it kinda reminds of Ayataka 😂.

Honey green tea w/o pearl (50%) ($4.90)
Could taste a light honey flavour with the green tea.

This was prob my favourite dish! There's this slightly sweet sauce that reminds of teriyaki sauce?! The chicken was also pretty tender.
