Thought it sounded interesting and decided to try it. It was actually pumpkin salted egg sauce! How cool is that! I suppose adding pumpkin makes salted egg sauce a lot healthier!! 😂 and the pork ribs was really tender too!
One of their specialty dishes. The cai por adds a very unique flavour to the fried hor fun! It's really quite delicious! (This is at blk 126 Toa Payoh lorong 1, can't seem geotag it)
