Lunch after a 45-mins-swim: raw corn with left over roasted butter milk chicken, grilled potato & carrot sticks with half a garlic sausage. Downed with a cup of post-workout protein shake. 😋
Yesterday, we had to take a day off from work to handle some family business stuff in Malaysia. After all that, we managed to catch 2 movies in JB (so freaking cheap!) & enjoy a quiet steamboat dinner.
Shabu-shabu Malaysia style:
1) soup base - tom yum
2) fried pandan chicken
3) beef & seafood set
4) ee-fu noodles
