The pork was nicely grilled without being overcooked and was full of flavour. They offer a lot of pork dishes with specialties such as their roast pork selling out. 8Haus is located among old buildings which are being gentrified with hipster joints. It has VCR and Panitch as neighbours. #burpple #throwback

Pork roll with mash and veg. Perfect portion of fat and lean with a crispy pork cracking. I do wish it can be slightly warm up before serve.

Mashed potato on the side was perfectly done.

blended barley ice mixed with flavours of winter melon, hints of sour plum & lime in added water. A twist on the regular barley lime, this is the ice blended version that really cool you down in a hot afternoon. Recommended for barley lime lover.

-Best haus pork ribs
Located behind KL VCR, opposite of PAHIT, this new cafe in town putting up some serious porkilicous menu. The best haus pork ribs that grilled to juicy brownness with dripping sweet & sour hoisin sauce served with refreshing salad. This would be my favourite during my visit, the succulent fork tender pork ribs with the oriental flavour sauce really open up my appetite. The generous portion of salad that served at the side do make a balance meal for this dish.

-Grilled haus chicken rice
half chicken baked to tender yet crispy brownness, served with sauce & refreshing salads. Not quite prefer the combination of this dish as the selection of brown rice turn out to be a little too dry to match with the grilled chicken for my liking. However i do enjoy the flavour of the chicken. Just wishing this dish wasn’t so dry.

Three slices of crispy pork roulade served with potato gratin and green apple salad. I like that they serve the dish with mustard, orange sauce and caramelised onions. The potato gratin was rather dry and doesn’t taste any cream or sauce asides from a stack of thinly slice potatoes. The pork meat was soft and tender but the skin very quite tough to chew.
