Although there were only 3 (1 kimchi, 2 minced pork) dumplings, each was palm-sized large and it was obvious that they had to add dumpling skin to cover the whole dumpling. Served fresh from the steamer, the filling was refreshing and the meat was savoury-sweet. You can't expect sauce to drip off like xiaolongbao though.

When I first laid my tastebuds on Korean Mandu, it was pure love. We had the mandu from Bukchon Son Mandu - a tiny shop along #Insadong relatively popular with the locals. We had the Combination Platter (₩12,000 or S$14.20) that consisted of steamed or fried and stuffed with fillings like kimchi, prawn or pork.
The dumplings were evidently fresh, delicious and the best I've had in #SouthKorea so far.
