The unusual slightly sticky and chewy texture of the noodle was quite disturbing at first, but the more I slurped down the soup, the more addictive it was. This shop was packed with tourists when we came, and I was kinda skeptical at first - I prefer going to a place full of locals. But their food quality and service were excellent for a shop in a crowded alley. Really appreciate the warm gesture and hospitality of the waiters here :) And you definitely must try shan noodle when you're in Myanmar!

The noodles are really something!
Flo loved their specialty wanton soup too, and the stir-fries greens were well cooked to retain some crunch, and not oily. Yummm!
