As pork bellies go, this one is above average. Somewhat crispy and juicy, but could have been better. Pork belly is delicious tho, if I'm here again I'll probably still order it

Overall their seasoning is not bad, just a tad spicy and not very salty if you ask for less salt. Not too tier tho
Gizzard sucks, very overdone. Heart was pretty good, nice bite and slight chew.
The texture is that of a hard tofu, no crisp, and while it's stinky there's a nice mild umami to it. I haven't really had stinky tofu before and I think it's worth a try, it's not hard to understand why it's well loved
