It has been a long time since I ate my all time favorite French Toast so I came to Flock Cafe for the very first time due to the recommendations in Burpple. Verdict: Price is on the high side, $15 but the pros is that there is no GST nor service charge. Taste: it is reasonably ok. I had tasted better. However, if you want to find a quiet place to have your ‘me time’ on weekday then this is good place to visit as the cafe is tucked at one corner of Kim Pong road of Tiong Bahru. For me, I like the idea that there is a big public carpark behind the cafe, save the hassle of looking for a lot.
