Two pieces of waffle with a generous scoop of ice cream at $6.50. I had mine with a matcha green tea ice cream..a walking distance to my home (ain't i lucky). It's really worth the price.
The ice cream was soft and very flavourful. The waffles light and crispy. A must try for the heartlanders. Will be back to try another flavour ^^
Alamak sorry i ate the prata finish before taking photo but damn it is the best prata in the west. You can take your own gravy (fish or mutton as how u like) and its while stock last!!!.(theres different timing for different food, they have briyani in the aftn) 90cents for a plain one and $1.50 for egg. Its soft and big in size so if you even come by Boon Lay shopping centre in d morn..pop to the side to the market n give it a try. SHIOK!!
I will come up here especially just for this. The view itself is beautiful but the bread pudding is one of a kind.
In the menu it says that croissant bread is used, so its more creamier for me and to top it up with vanilla ice cream and pieces of strawberry..Sedap. I like it how the chempedak taste is not too strong and there's also bits of the fruit in your bites. A must try for the lovers of fruits!!
Have you been to Spize? Have you seen their menu? You'll certainly be spoilt for choice. Gone are the days where you only get restaurant foods at restaurants. This is my first time here and i had the Seafood Spaghetti Marinara at $14.90 (i always have a soft spot for pastas)
It is a big portion, really good and worth of money. Did i say there was no service charge? The dish was filled with abundance pieces of seafood. Mussles, fish, prawns, squid. It was nicely flavoured and just nice. If you never been here, you should.
This was my first time trying it and we had the setmeal with 6 pieces of warm churros that were coated with fine sugar and drizzled with chocolate sauce at $9.50 with a choice of drink.
I guess I knew now what the hype is about. It's really good. Tender on the inside and slightly crisp on the outside. You get a little "muak" if you eat too much of it but after you left the place, you'll remember the taste and want to go back to it.
P.S. this place is not halal certified but i heard that the stuffs are bought from halal suppliers. You can always check again (for my muslim frens).
I love laksa, especially ones that are stir fried. This dish is a lil different using thick horfun noodles. Generous portion with big slices of fishcakes. I like how the laksa taste is not too heavy, just subtle. This is my first time here and although it was bustling with people, I like the slight vintage feel to it.
