This is the most amazing Tom yam pizza I've ever tried and I would have happily ordered another if my stomach allowed me!! It's really crisp some what like chips with distinct Tom yam smell AND taste topped with succulent fresh prawns + heaps of cheese!!! I will definitely head back when I revisit bkk! 190 baht (excluding 10% service charge and 7% VAT)

This Japanese order-from-menu buffet is for those who are looking at quality and variety. There's three different buffet menus - classic, premium and gourmet. I usually go for the premium as it has more variety $61.90++/ $69.90++ lunch/ dinner on weekdays and $64.90++ / $72.90++ lunch dinner on weekends. For the premium, every diner gets a serving of tuna belly (2 thick slices) & a special of the day. Today we had black pork belly topped with strawberries as the special - it was a unique combination & a very tasty one. Dishes I especially loved were the Hokkaido oysters, pi dan tofu, their fresh thick cut sashimi, wagyu beef, salmon aburi, king prawn tempura, did I mention they also have shabu shabu! And not forgetting the fruits and matcha ice cream topped with azuki beans to end off the amazing meal! Do remember to make booking in advance as there's quite limited seating and they are almost always full house. Enjoy!!

Coconut ice cream stalls are on every street and corner of chatuchak weekend market. Some stores are like "franchises", same cart, same signboard, same ice cream and toppings. Having tried most of the different stores, i felt this particular one (that has a Facebook page) is the best. Although slightly more expensive at 40baht (the average coconut ice cream is at 30 baht). This particular coconut ice cream is rich yet light and smooth like gelato. Unlike the rest of the ice cream which was creamier and partially melted due to the sweltering heat in Bangkok.

T&K seafood aka the green shirts is known to be more popular than R&L seafood aka red shirts just across them. The Tom yam goong is fantastic with generous servings of squid, mushroom and fish slices (150 baht). The steamed snapper in spicy garlic and lime soup is really tender and juicy (300 baht). River prawns were fresh and succulent (200 baht). One of my favorite seafood- cockles were done well too! They were not too raw or bloody (60 baht). We also ordered the morning glory (50 baht) and crabmeat fried rice (100 baht) that did not disappoint. Would definitely return again because of the cheap price for the good quality of food. Remember to get there by 6pm for air conditioned seats! 😁👌🏼 do note they are only open for dinner from 5pm to late! & save some stomach space for the amazing street food just around T&K!!

Braised beef chilli con carne with fresh fettuccine topped with shaved parmesan is top notch at $17+. I love braised beef chilli con carne fries and this is the pasta version. The other pasta with spicy chicken sausage & bacon is less flavorful, although there's more ingredients at $18+. It's written to contain garlic and white wine yet I couldn't taste them in this pasta. Also there was slightly too much chilli oil in it. I wanted to get the American duck pizza instead of this pasta however the 1 for 1 option is solely for either pasta or pizza. I always get my green tea latte fix from the assembly ground at $6.5+! Will be back on another Monday for the pizza 😋

This is simply amazing! Think of red velvet cake but in waffles form. Cream cheese is slathered generously in between the red velvet waffles. Topped with an ice cream and syrup of your choice- mine was sea salt caramel ice cream and maple syrup. It goes perfectly together - says my tastebuds. Im picky with my ice cream but this is smooth and distinct in flavor. Paired it with a hot lavender tea instead of my usual coffee as this was a late night dessert run. Their waffle + coffee/ tea set is only at $10+

Why flying? Cause it flies away from the dish to people's mouths (haha). This is my absolutely fav place to have fried fish. Not just any fried fish but this - fried snapper marinated with sweet fish sauce 420 baht. Their Thai iced tea 45 baht is great as well! 😋

Went to check out the new mall in Bangkok - emquartier and they had Roast cafe, which I last tried in thonglor. They have revamped the menu with much more variety to choose from. Since we already had lunch we decided to try their fluffy pancakes with walnuts, bananas and homemade peanut butter ice cream. Delicious butterscotch sauce was drizzled over the pancakes w an extra serving by the side if you have a sweeter tooth. The sweetness was just perfect for me 👌🏼😘 320 baht and their latte 100 baht was served with master crafted latte art. There's also something special about their palm sugar, couldn't resist adding a spoon although I hardly add sugar in my latte.
