Fish skin ($10) was good for sharing though it could use more seasoning, over time it just started to taste like the oil it was fried in. The Classic Carbonara ($20) was decent but was lacking in flavor amidst the cream base, more cheese may have done the trick. The Steak Rice Bowl ($30) was a huge disappointment, beef was chewy and the rice lacked any flavor apart from straight up butter, it was not a dish that entices you for more. We also ordered a Tokyo Sour ($13), an ‘okay’ cocktail that could’ve worked more on packing a punch.

If it weren’t for the Burpple beyond pass, the price of the entire meal would have just been ridiculously expensive compared to the quality received. The only hit was the fish skin while the rest were misses.

Would I give this restaurant another chance? Probably yes with their poké bowls/pizzas/burgers. Would I recommend it to my friends and family? Highly unlikely.
