The epic burnt ends x meatsmith beef marmalade cheeseburger was worth all its calories. Juicy beef patty, sweet onion marmalade jam, perfectly tart pickles and potato buns. What’s not to love.

Finally made it here and at 5pm there was already a queue. Went for the classic double cheese burger and topped up for the Cuban fries. The meat patty was juicy and slightly charred which I love. The beef brisket on the Cuban fries was really tasty however not crazy about the nachos they use. But extra credits for bun branding too. Overall one of the best I’ve tried and the price point is a bonus. Definitely coming back again.

All time favourite sze Chuan food. The skewers are a must have, starts from $1.0 for a generous portion of meat. The salted egg pumpkin and la zi ji are the must have. Do note that the portions here are generous and everything ones in one size only.

Our usual night hide out for waffles and ice cream. The lychee rose is refreshingly good.

First time at Shukuu and definitely going back again. We made a reservation base on the reviews of the mentaiko rosti and boy was it good. The recommended grilled squid had a nice smokey flavour and done perfectly. Another highlight was the crab miso with cracker, great on flavour, though I wished there was more crab in each bite with a bit more cracker to dip. We had the 3 kinds sashimi and it was perfectly smooth. The chicken was so good we had 2 portions.

Apart from the odd tasting spiced desserts, everything else was great. #burpplebeyond #eeeeeats #burpple
