The generous use of garlic really elevated this squid ink pasta to the next level. A simple classic pasta that won’t go wrong - the addition of tomatoes also help to balance out the flavors so it doesn’t get overly gelat. Worth it with Burpple beyond 1-for-1!
Loved the soft and fluffy baos here, especially the mala beef and chilli crab flavors! It’s a bit pricey at $3+ per pop, but good for a once-in-awhile treat!
Decent peach + original twist froyo (there’s a slight tanginess), and worth it with burpple beyond 1-for-1. For those who don’t like froyo (but want to enjoy BB 1 for 1 w someone who likes froyo), they have ice cream options too - tastes okay but it isn’t creamy. Also, the chocolate ball toppings are crunchy and a nice addition to the yogurt/ ice cream.

As a non-heat foodie, I can't take the burning sensation in the mouth as well as the lips. 🌶🌶🌶🌶🌶 It was very spicy despite the request for less spicy. The kimchi soup is comforting, miss eating kimchi so much. Complete the meal with pancake and dumplings. If you’re wondering, this is Kimchi Mala Combo for 4-5 pax. .

The eggs benny was decent, smothered with a good amount of hollaindaise sauce and runny yolks. The rosti had a decently charred crisp exterior and came with a sunny-side up and huge bratswurst sausage. Would recommend this place as the food’s quite good and worth it with Burpple 1-for-1!

From one of my fav leichafan stalls at Bukit Timah hawker centre, this vegetarian bee hoon was yummy and chokeful of wholesome veges. Priced at $3, the portion size was generous and very filling. For those who enjoy a good bowl of leichafan, their leichafan is quite good too and is worth a try.
Super fantastic ang ku kueh, the skin was soft and chewy and the peanut filling was rich and moist without being overtly sweet. Even my brother who doesn’t usually eat ang ku kueh loved it! Super affordable at $0.90 each too, cheap and good 👍🏻
Went to the outlet at Funan during lunchtime. Their chicken chop ($13++) is nicely charred and tasted decent. It also comes with a free starter/ drink/ dessert during lunchtime, I got the creme brûlée which was really good. My colleagues had the truffle mushroom soup which was thick and fragrant. Overall recommend!
