Hitsumabushi, or unagi don. 3 ways of eating this dish. As it is, with wasabi or with soup. The large size dish can serve up to 3 people or even 4 for small eaters! Similar to Uya. The difference being Uya’s version has crispy skin. Prefer both to Man Man though.
