Love a good wanton mee and this was not bad :-) The egg was done just right, and the crispy prawn on the sides were a good addition to give a crispy bite to the dish! Chashu was also well seasoned and pretty tender. The texture of the noodles was just right I would say, although I personally would’ve preferred it a bit more cook time on the noodles.

Generous servings of smoked salmon and egg mayo, on top of a croissant that is crispy on the outside, soft and fluffy on the inside. Yumssss 😋

Personally not a big fan of eggplants, but I had a damn good home made ratatouille once and it changed my life! Was really looking forward to this one but in my opinion, it didn’t taste as satisfying as I thought it would. The ingredients itself was slightly lacking, and I couldn’t taste the individual slices of tomato, cucumber, eggplants and mushrooms. Instead it was overpowered by a very doughy taste :(

Am a lover of spice and this pasta dish definitely has the right amount of spice! It hits you right on the spot, spicy yet super satisfying! Prawns are also fresh!

Bread is soft and fluffy inside, but crunchy on the outside! It’s also toasted slightly before serving hence the crunch gives it a really nice and warm bite 👍🏻 Using burpple beyond gets you 2 lobster roll sets that comes with drinks and a seafood chowder on the side, a really good deal imo!

Layers of pasta dough were of a nice thickness such that it gives a good amount of bite when paired with the beef ragout bechamel bits! Overall this dish had really nice texture and taste to it 😋👍🏻

Great handmade pasta with a very rich saffron cream sauce! The scallops and prawns were very fresh as well.

Strong truffle taste and the Mac & Cheese had a good balance of truffle oil and cheesiness, not too over the top. Would definitely come back for this one!

Truffle taste was strong enough and the coldness of the pasta added a new dimension to the dish to an otherwise ordinary take on pasta dishes 😌

This dish does not look like much, but the truffle flavour is nicely infused in every aspect of this dish. Eggs are watery and runny in the inside; the way I love and how eggs should be scrambled 👍🏻 Great for truffle lovers! The portions are very generous as well!

Really affordable beef bowl @ Amoy Food Centre. Beef is tender and not overcooked. Although nothing majorly fantastic/mind-blowing, it’s a pretty decent quality bowl of beef considering how affordable it is!! The portions are sufficient as well.
