A huge chicken thigh lying on a bed of laksa consisting of Thai flat noodles and long beans. The skin is so thin and crispy that even though it is soaked in the laksa broth, it still taste as good 😋

The broth has the spiciness that slowly kicks in as you swallow. And it comes in such a huge portion great for sharing too!

Imagine miniature croissant-shaped cookies, moist interior with generous amount of nuts, cinnamon and raisin between the layers!
You get spinach stuffed within the folds of the pork layers, with a splash of plum sauce in between too. It is a sweet and savoury dish, and a brave diversion from the usual layered Tonkatsu such as cod roe stuffings or cheese!
