An explosive eruption of decadent flavours in one’s mouth. I wrapped it up like a Spring Roll and popped it in my mouth. The 10 day ageing process has given it a deeper, more layered natural umami flavour. The Binchotan grill gives it a nice smokey flavour and spectrum of textures, making it such a sophisticated bite with direct emotional impact on the diner. Flawless! @kishosg #burpple

The King Crab Leg was ever so lightly and evenly grilled over Binchotan Charcoal that it was halfway between a Sashimi and a grilled dish. This ensures that the sweetness and juiciness of the King Crab was retained while it gained a little firmness and smokiness via char-grilling. Still the best crab I have ever eaten. @kishosg #burpple
