I really enjoy getting grain bowls from Grain Traders because there is heart in every single dish that goes into a bowl. This was the Donburi Salmon that was a hearty slab to go with some of my favourite veg!

A well-loved player in the Poke scene, you get fresh sushi with generous toppings to go on rice. My favourite way to have this is to add on Kale Chips for a crunch in the bowl!

A bit of a well-known secret, you can get these freshly made treats in the food centre... if the store at unit 28 is open! The auntie rolls the dough on the spot and tosses them into the fryer and you can fry them yourself before packing them up. All for only $1 for 6 pieces!

Although drinks stores are a dime a dozen in this area, Coffee Break has my pick for the daily cup before work! My #HealthyLifestyle choice is Teh O Peng Siu Dai. Love that is it not overly sweet and has a light fragrance of red tea!

One can expect to enjoy a good cup of coffee at Sanity coffee. My favourite is their Iced Lemon Tea which is homemade and so refreshing!
