As the patty is marinated, you may not be able to select doneness, but you get pretty tasty beef in return. The wedges and the burger turned out better than I expected. Would recommend. 🍔👍

Just before they open the brunch at 12.30pm, it is literally a feast for the eyes. The colours and the presentation makes everything much more appealing.
When you start eating however, you will be disappointed. Never go to a buffet that does local cuisine. Especially when you're a local.
Because you can find the same thing outside for cheaper and better. 😕👎

One of the better waffles that I've had so far. This was taken way back before the food trail started haha.

Anyway, this waffles has red beans and peanuts all over it, drizzled with gula melaka sauce, and promises a pretty unique mix of flavours that you don't usually find in dessert waffles outside. Recommended to try this.

Recommended to try the pork, but give the omelette a miss. Also, if you can see the curry art, no. of hearts = levels of spiciness.
1 was normal, but you can try 5 if you want to be human torch.

We were damn shag really.
Apart from the good view of Punggol Serangoon reservoir, you get decent food cooked with herbs that are self-grown by the cafe. Recommended place to lazy out in the afternoons.
Not too shabby for $19.80++ except I can't seem to figure out the sauce in that little cup.

As you can see, their niche is serving in these large stone bowls.
Ordering the volcano ramen (top 2) will include watching the flashy steam flooding your face, hence volcano.
I didn't like the texture of the ramen though, it felt very much like udon.
The saving grace is that the value is quite worth, 4 of us could share the 2 big bowls of ramen. But that's because each student has a free plate of gyoza.
Out of the 4, I'd recommend the dessert, $8 for a very big bowl. Enough for 2 to share, and you also get mist in your face. Haha!

I am surprised and impressed by the quality of the ice cream. Rarely do you see one which uses ground vanilla beans in their vanilla flavours.
Not only that, the other flavours that we shamelessly tried (😛) were pretty good too.
Except for Jersey milk & honey that one was not to our liking, haha!

At $22++, this restaurant belongs to the pricier end. However, it is a good place for dates with the quiet dim ambience throughout. Even has a bar and a parking lot right outside.
The bread were too crispy, shattering upon prodding with a fork.
Steak wasn't the best I've tasted, but it's still good. It was a little overdone from medium though.

Costs $13++, could have at least given a full waffle. The waffle was also very dense and doughy, it could have been better.
2 eggs with hollandaise, some smoked salmon, 4 sticks of asparagus and half a dense waffle. Is it worth it? You be your own judge. I guess there will always be die-hard breakfast fans around.

After a chill afternoon at Whisk Cafe. I end up at another Whisk. @whiskandpaddlesg
Carbonara was served with a runny egg bomb waiting to be 🔪. Sauce turned out to be just the right creamy texture.
Ho, mush aglio was a surprise for me. It tasted different from the usual you would expect from restaurants. This I recommend, and shall not spoil it for y'all. 👍
