Berries one tasted sweet and sour, pretty refreshing, while the pistachio one was creamy yet distinct roasted pistachio taste, not bad eh~🍦
As for the waffles, buttery, crispy & fluffy, nice savoury and sweet combi (with the maple syrup)…🍯

As for the sharing, glad that we asked for the sauce to be served separately.
It’s spicy mayo sauce with pickled radish (菜脯) and spring onion, a little too salty imo, suggest to dip as you eat rather than pour over.
Good point is that the carrot cake is served piping hot, crispy skin and moist carrot cake, not bad, good for sharing.

Like the charred iberico pork ribs, pretty lean (with just some fats) and absence of unpleasant gamey smell, not bad at all!
Heavily seasoned (something like teriyaki sauce) & charred pork ribs (boneless), goes really well with the rice and onsen egg, yum!😋
