Ippudo is my benchmark for a decent slurp-worthy and fuss free bowl of ramen and this comes closely after. The pros are operating hours, I mean, a quick supper and hangover cure breakfast in one.

Generous toppings too, we’re talking about slices of tender pork belly, chicken char siew, meatballs and even prawn dumplings. The cons though, the soup base was tad too salty in my opinion. If I had to describe the broth, it would be strong prawn-y herbal taste, even at less strong flavour tick box choice. My friends said their miso broth is milder and more pleasant. Their meat taste more like ham and I like my fatty pork char siew at others too much.

I take my ramen noodles medium and chewy. How about you?

With free flow salad bar and its endless chilled creation, unlimited egg of your choice, your stomach will be very pleased afterwards. The second best outlet of Keisuke just right after the Lobster Ramen in my opinion.
