F*king good cake and overall amazing dessert with multiple layers and a perfect balance of textures. Soft chocolate cake with a chocolatey centre, a crunch from the oreo bits sandwiching a creamy vanilla base. YUM

Ordered the sliced beef pho and Bun Cha.

Soup - lighter than other stalls but not bland
Pho - on the softer side

Bun Cha pork is amazingly godlike best grilled pork that goes perfectly with the fish sauce
Fish sauce - very authentic vietnamese slightly sweet slightly salty perfectly balanced umami
Sauce - 3 types of sauce available. Chilli damn shiok.

Avocado smoothie - blended in front of our eyes fresh

Do not recommend. Fries were undercooked a pale, mushy, yellow-white (consistently undercooked, judging by the unfinished fries from the table next to us as well) and fish was oily with more batter than actual fish meat, probably to hide the watery, frozen (and thawed and frozen again) fish.

“Chili crab” Mac & Cheese was slightly better insofar as it tasting familiar (ie pre-packed) with some pieces of crab in a tomato sauce.

Cake was moist but pretty jelat after a few bites.
