Tried the original chocolate cake and the chocolate basque cheesecake.
The cakes are very chocolately and definitely quite heavy. I really like the cheesecake it’s a good pairing!
With the deal, really great to come here for dessert.

Not a fan of the pesto sauce, tastes too nutty and not really of Basil.
Also not a fan of the mushroom used and it’s a little too thick.
Just not a fan of this pasta — will probably order another dish next time.
However, with burpple deal - got two mains for$20.65 which is a great deal. Food portion is on the small side too.
Especially for the location of this place. Will come back

Herbal base which hits the spot for me.
Felt it was a good soup base, but definitely nothing beats the real thing.
But a good soupy dish for a cold day! There was a good variety of vegetables too.
Worth with the one for one deal.

My go to order here. I really love the mascarpone here and the poke with dill and the yuzu jam. Although I miss having the scones (previously it was a scones base) — the biscuits were a good base to complement the ingredients.

I love the tater tots here too — not sure why I feel the ones here are better than other cafes — may be the honey. Coffee here is good too!

Tried the barramundi omelet and the Turkish breakfast.
1. For the omelet, it is one of the better omelet in Singapore. However I feel barramundi and egg may not be best pairing.
2. This is a pretty good reedition on a brunch dish. Pita and hummus goes well with fried egg.

Overall, food is pretty but food is really pricey. And not amazing so wouldn’t come back.
Although place is pretty — but really too crowded and noisy.

Overall, aesthetic > food taste.
The pulled pork avocado eggs Benedict was quite good and they were very generous with the pulled pork. Never expected pulled pork to go so well with avocado.
The sando was pretty decent too. Definitely can’t go wrong with milk bread with patty & tamago.
Pasta was quite nice but pretty basic and nothing special to mention.
The honey&paprika chicken was pretty basic to me — not very sure why this is their specialty dish. Worth a try but found it pretty disappointing.
The eggs Benedict with crab cakes were the major disappointment — really taste like toasted frozen crab cakes that were of lower quality (rly didn’t taste good). My friend likes crab cakes and was kinda insulted.
Not in picture: ordered the coco Pandan waffle & had easily the worst waffle of my life (I am a waffle fan so PSA: order at your own risk) although I’m hoping it’s a fluke.

The coffee here is pretty decent.
Vibes were nice & can understand why the place is popular. This cafe is also a little on the pricey side considering it’s location, but still reasonable for a popular cafe.

One of my go to order here since it’s a decent portion of crab meat given.
I chose the red sauce this time. I felt it was a tad saltier than usual.
But still a nice pasta!

Ordered 5mains and 4drinks for around $110 total.

Ordered the spicy arrabbiata — it’s quite spicy and the sauce is flavourful. We added on some seafood for $8 and quite a decent selection was given. Would order again!
We also have the matcha latte and iced latte.

Tried the pork chop with apple slaw & duck tagliatelle.
Pork chop and apple slaw was nice and it’s a good option if you want something on the lighter side. I really like the sauce they gave!
The duck tagliatelle was nice but I think the portion got smaller compared to previous trips.

Got the burger, and ordered well done.
Not the biggest fan since they relied heavily on a lot of sauce for the taste.
The burger was substantial in size though, so I would recommend it if you are looking for a filling burger meal.

Also tried their cucumber craft beer which is really light. Come before 8pm for their happy hour. The one for one deal is really worth & would recommend people to drop by.

Usually there isn’t much food options in Kembangan — but I wouldn’t mind having dinner again at Birdie Num Num.

Love the fish and chips. Generous portion of lightly battered and thick fish and yummy fries.
The fish was really nice and flavourful & not too salty.
This dish is actually pretty good that I would consider getting it again.

Tried the unagi bowl with the set.
The egg omelet is a good combination. And love the Japanese pickles. The ingredient aren’t Amazing but it’s nice.

Honestly the set isn’t that cheap but it’s still a good lunch option for when you feel like having a larger variety.
