Matcha white chocolate cube is by far my favourite cube bread series at #Asanoya. Ask them to heat the matcha cube and you will get a nice flowing white chocolate centre once you cut it open.
Matcha salted egg #croissant. Sounds gimmicky but surprisingly the matcha actually worked quite well with salted egg. Lending a slight grassy earthy note, which otherwise could be too sweet a croissant. A daring good move though croissant itself is not the best flaky pastry I have eaten before.

Staggering amounts of seasonal seafood including Hokkaido scallops, White Sea prawns, Vienna crabs, Chilean king crab, blue mussels, French oysters, lobster, squid and choice of Korean kimchi soup, dashi stock or Korean ginseng chicken.
The scallops were 😍 major love. Plump and fresh, bursting with sweetness with each bite.

Even for someone not so keen on alcohol usually, I was in love with the yucha makgeolli, a yuzu flavoured ice blended Korean rice wine, it's like having a yuzu slushie!
