Burger bonanza ($7.95)

Combo comes with chicken katsu sandwich and kimchicks (kimchi flavoured popcorn chicken). The sandwich seemed like a fried mantou, which is well fried and goes well with the chicken katsu and the kimchi flavoured “coleslaw”. Very well balanced! The kimchicks is deep fried well, but lacked abit of salt. Overall, a satisfying meal!

Smores cake ($7.50)

Taste wise the blend of the chocolate layer with the digestive biscuit base is not bad, but overall the cake tastes way too hard, even with the meringue layer on top with the honeycomb bits. Lets just say there are many other nicer cakes out there. But the cafe is a nice bright casual place to chill.

Yu kee duck rice specialty set ($4.80)

Duck rice was moist and well flavoured. Duck is soft. The rest of the sides are also nice. Loved their chilli. One of the best YU kee branches around.

6 pc chicken wings ($8.45)

Bought these wings ala carte. Chose the mixed seasoning so theres hot and also the garlic soy. Like the mix because the hot sauce is really very spicy! Wings are fresh and overall a good meal for korean fried chicken.

Spinach soup ($4.60)

Chose option 2 which is the prawn soup with koka noodles. The prawns were average, could be fresher. The rest of the ingredients were rather fresh. Would prefer the tofu set or the century egg set because the soup taste richer for those. But this is a decent meal and seems to have more customers each day!

Smoked salmon egg benedict ($16.90++)

Very nice!! Eggs were runny, the smoked salmon, spinach and toast went very well together. Portion was substantial and definitely very filling. Service wise, one of the older female waitress was pretty rude and even rolled her eyes at us but the rest of the service staff were attentive and nice.

Lu rou fan ($15.90++)

Not the best rendition of lu rou fan around. The bajiao taste was abit too strong, and the lu rou was not impressive. Overall didnt feel it was worth the price.

Kimchi seafood soup ($7.50)

Korean seafood soup comes with rice and free flow kimchi and cucumbers. The free flow kimchi and cucumbers are not very well marinated, cucumbers quite tasteless and the kimchi is not spicy but rather sweet. The soup itself is not spicy at all and i had to add extra chilli powder to make it richer. The prawns are also not very fresh. Overall didnt feel like this is a good place for Korean soups though its usually quite crowded.

Spinach soup ($4.60)

Option 1. Comes with salted egg, century egg and egg. The century egg makes the soup even tastier. Inside also have some minced meat and substantial amount of spinach. Added rice for $0.60. Nice. Will order again.

Spinach soup option 4 Tofu soup ($4.60)

Soup is $4 add $0.60 for mains.

Soup is light and not laden with msg. Lots of spinach given and the tofu items are also fresh. The hygiene level in the stall is quite clean. Not bad for thr price paid and will return again.

Lor Mee ($4):
This bowl lor mee has so many ingredients in it fried fish, fried wanton, braised pork belly and fried fish skin and none of it disappoints! The stallowners definitely put lotsa heart and soul into preparing them. Definitely one of the best lor mee i have tasted!

Tomyum soup red with seafood ($8)

Tomyum soup was well balanced but not spicy enough. Ingredients wise there was only one prawn, a few pieces of squid, fish and shimeiji mushrooms. Thought the ingredients can be more but taste wise we enjoyed it.
