Mentaiko Salmon Don I finally tried their Mentaiko Salmon Don (cooked) ($17.90) after so long of wandering for at least 2 years ago. Back in 2018, I went to Japanese Curry Express for Salmon Mentai Don with one of my poly friend. She also ordered same as me that time but we didn't wanted to share together because the portion was quite small but its quite filling tbh. I saw @foodee.diaree's reviews for 2 weeks ago and reminded me the shop still opened at there till now. I preferred Mentaiko Salmon Don to be uncooked but my stomach got some problems with diary products (I didn't want to take risk anymore and need to play safe) I felt that it was quite overwhelmed with mayo but I felt that their salmon was really fresh and so good.

Wagyu Beef Don I did asked my friend about differences between Tanuki Raw and Rakki Bowl for Wagyu Australian Wagyu MB5 (Signature Truffle Wagyu Don) - $14.90. She didn't answered my answers lol. (probably I just want to know the differences in terms of taste and pricing) I knew the pricing differences between australian and japanese wagyu in terms of quality.

Delicious Salmon Don Tamago is sweet and salmon not overly cook. Overall food is delicious Just that the music play in the store is weird

Affordable And Good Udon!!! Bought the Black garlic and Beef Onsen egg curry Udon with Burpple beyond. The black garlic Tonkotsu had a strong garlic flavour to it which mildly overpower the taste of the Tonkotsu broth. However, the overall dish and presentation was superb and would definitely recommend garlic lovers to try this. The curry udon had a mild curry taste to it. The onsen egg really complements the curry to a rich and creamy broth. The broth has a mildly sweet side to it compared to real japanese curry. Furthermore, the set consist of tempura which was delicious! Its light and airy texture made me want every bite even more. Would definitely come back again! 9/10 😳😁

Nice Japanese Udon My husband n I ordered sanuki beef udon n black garlic udon, with 3 tempura, and 2 green tea can drink. We used 1 for 1 set lunch from Burpple and paid 19.90, very worthed!! The restaurant is quite small but neat n tidy. The method is self service to collect ur food from the counter, then u clean up ur own table afterwards, just put the tray in the allocated location. Very efficient and nice, reminded us of a lot of eating place in Japan that requires us to do the same 😍

One Of The Best Affordable Udons I came back here after my friend brought me. The food is so good and cheap. My family loves this place. We ate the sanuki beef udon, normal beef udon and truffle udon. The soups we are all amazing, the truffle was the heaviest/richest, sanuki was a little heavier/sweeter than the normal beef. Even the normal beef soup was amazing, it was lighter and clear. The noodles were cooked just right (chewy but not too much). Portion was great too. We got tempura but the mains itself were actually sufficient, so we felt really full. After 30%, the udon bowls were about $7-8 per bowl! Totally will come back here.
