A must order! Delightfully warm and rich, an umami bomb! Might be too rich to finish on your own - so share the love :)
Ordered the pork tonkotsu with curry as well as curry noodle, the food was decent! The restaurant was very narrow though - a bigger space for dine in is available upstairs. Service wasn't the greatest, but definitely value for money.
Loved the kaya cake - it has really dialled down on sugar, which I appreciated. The pulut hitam cake was sublime! The layer of cream resembles pulut hitam ice cream, the sponge was marvelously soft with lovely purple colour.
It's always a pleasure as always to visit hello arigato. The katsu sando is no longer there π₯² but the teriyaki sando was crunchy and savoury - it was an umami bomb. The miso pork donburi looked unassuming, but it was delish! I'm glad that I made the choice to try itπ It's a new favourite now. Service, as always, was impeccable.
Great charsiew - smoky, charred and soft. It's hidden in an obscure mall near to backyard bakers (and yay to yummy brownies). Greatly recommended - especially if you love indomie too!
Wanted to try the wanton mee but the queue was too long and moved too slowly. Was nicely surprised how good the BCM was! Get the bigger portion for more liao, but pretty pricey for what you get.
Always eat these satays everytime I visit the hawker centreπ
Loved the beef banh mi with its unique chilli sauce, was slightly disappointed with the pork banh mi because I had such a high expectation.
Good sandwiches, breakfast plates and cinnamon buns.
Went for a birthday celebration, was filled to the brim with all the food ordered. The gambas was magnificent!
Have tried the Isshin Machi @Grid (previously known as POMO), but didn't get to try the lu rou fan. This was great and affordable. Highly recommend the chilli wanton and the chicken cutlet (it's in limited amount everyday).
Frequented micro @ Serene centre before it became uber popular post-CB, have always loved the all-in brekkie and the flat white. Once the Serene centre became too popular, have been frequenting red house branch more often.
