Fat Belly delivers consistency and good service. All the dishes were delightfully executed.
I had ribeye as shown in the picture. Perfect medium rare cooking, also consistent in this restaurant. The pasta and sides were amazingly good too in this italian steakhouse.
Have returned a few times to Pacarama for brunch as they have quite a few dishes which I enjoyed. Egg omelette in this picture was pretty filling. Coffee is good, but they only use one shot in the regular 5oz cuppa. I would add another shot to satisfy the caffeine cravings.
Egg Bene usually seals the deal if I would go back to a brunch cafe, for this I would. Homemade cakes that comes at big slices are yummy too. Good service tops the experience!
The scrambled truffle eggs was OK, fluffy but a little oily. They were generous with the prosciutto and that goes well with the eggs and bread. Bread was surprisingly dry and a little hard. Coffee was good.
Do not think I will return after I have used up the Burpple 1 for 1 as you can easily get better service and food at the same price point.
Basic Burger from BurgerLabo was as tasty as I anticipated. Added an fried egg to it. The patty was juicy and overall not oily. Had truffle fries with grated cheese to go along with it.
Lobster roll however was so so only.
Tried the waygu onglet cut in my second visit
and it’s indeed better than the basic flat iron. Favourite sides are creamed kale and truffle fries. Burnt cheesecake and tiramisu were delightful desserts too.
Prices have gone up a bit since its renovation in July but I would return to try the burpple set. Satisfying steak experience and great service.

Yummy maze soba with free upsized noodles. It’s a bit salty and the soup is so so only. Overall still a good bowl of dry ramen. Will return.
