Wanted to redeem our burrple one for one voucher here for lunch and when we placed our order with one of the cashiers and informed him that we’re using burrple, he replied bluntly and told us it’s for dine in only. Then he disappeared and the next cashier processed our order and charged us the full price without informing us. We then told them we were using burrple one for one but was shunned away by them saying that we didn’t inform them early enough and refused to void our transaction in the system. Terribly disappointed as there was no remediation by the staff at all and their attitude is really off putting. Would never recommend this place to anyone ever.
