A delicious bowl of prawn noodles, in light but very flavourful broth, a gem in Sengkang.

This is $4.50 for roast duck noodles and char siew. There was a queue likely due to its reasonable prices. Roast duck was good.

Sayur Lodeh ($14) are mixed vegetables in curry, curry is quite mild so suitable for those who generally lean towards less spicy food.

For $24. The curry base and prata was satisfied the prata carbs craving but I personally prefer dark chicken meat and softer potato chunks.

It’s my first time trying this soup ($16) which was sufficient to share. The spices initially had an overwhelming twang at first taste, but after a few more spoons it becomes more enjoyable with the chicken and rice bits.

Enjoyed this kueh pie tie ($17) with nice crispy shells, flavourful fillings, did not disappoint

This came with a sake pairing, liked that there was less rice and more ikura, uni and toro, delicate, but price could still feel like it’s higher than average for $28.

Really enjoyed this apple crumble though for the ice cream pairing I’d rather it was paired with a vanilla/ cream based ice cream than with the sourness of a lemon sorbet, which I also like but separately.
