Ordered the Ultimate Eggs Benedict for myself and Butter Lemon Baked Salmon for wifey. I was expecting more on the standard after reading the good reviews. However, both the poached eggs on my eggs benedict were not runny at all, almost close to hard boiled eggs. The Hollandaise sauce was also quite bland and tasteless. The baked salmon was equally below par and tasted very fishy. The only saving grace were the Mille Feuille Cakes which were done nicely.

Nice and tender beef cheek. Stewed just right.
