Most of the food are microwaved and heat up finger food while you art jam. But if you don't art jam, its probably not worth it at all.
.
Average chocolate drink, with a lot of whipped cream and dry brownies..
Ordered $50 worth of food cuz I had to utilize a voucher. Had the chicken pie and lagsane and some chicken Cheese fingers.

Worst is when I requested to change my cheesecake to Earl Grey, the guy merely just said "I pack alrdy". There were no customers at all... I can understand that maybe due to hygiene reasons that he didn't want to change the cake but I would have really appreciate if I would get a change.

But its OK I probably would not really return. But if you are here for art jam it's probably one of the more affordable ones.

Also the staffs were all just standing around and talking among themselves. Thanks for nothing.

Wts?
For SEVEN BUCKS. its not even the size they shown on the display outside.
They show a mini sign in a grey bowl and that bowl is much bigger than what I had.

NOT WORTH AT ALL FOR SEVEN DOLLARS. THIS IS not worth it. Tho the food was not bad like 7/10 I can't help but feel so upset at the fact that I was cheated and defeated into paying my money for this tiny bowl.

Don't understand how people are coming in for this?

After our food arrived, the people around me just looked at me and had the same sentiments on the serving size.
Please review this is horrible cheating size for 7 bucks.

I saw another person's review on the pasta & HUGE SLAB OF CHICKEN.
Obviously zero consistency.

What more do I have to say??!!!!!!

I gave this shop another chance to redeem itself and went to the amk outlet instead but same. Meh.
Lousy portion.
I can finish this chicken in 3 bites.

I am in amk by the way, but there is no location tag for it

Ordered the Kingbeef & Spicy crab fried rice, both mains were super good! The portions were really generous and worthy for the price!
Used the burpple 1-1 mains and small bites.
Chose the mystical chawanmushi and belly crunch pork belly.
The mystical chawanmushi was an interesting touch with the tiny eggs bursting in your mouth as you ate, like fireworks. And the unicorn MELTS when you push it into the chawanmushi!!
The belly crunch was delicious, just slightly salty. Would be great to eat it with rice or some mains!

The staffs were very very helpful in giving us suggestions on what to order and were attentive in refueling our drinks. Constantly came to check on us if we are OK with the food! Honestly, food was good, but people made it better.

Overall, would totally come here again with or without the 1-1. It's worthy the price!

Pardon the untidiness in the food because I was already halfway through it.

Well... I utilised the EATIGO app and had a 30% discount. The chicken chop and fish and chips totaled to $15+. The deal was good.
The portion was rather decent except the fish and chips.

This is my second time here and a bit disappointed by the inconsistency. The first time I ate, the meat was bigger, the fish was bigger. (that's why I came back) but only to be let down by TOUGH chicken meat & small fish.

The chicken chop sauce was also cold. It was not even room temperature, just slightly colder. Like the library lol. My guess is that the chicken chop was microwaved?? Is that why it's so tough? The skin is so thick and hard. The mushroom sauce is so dry and starchy.

The fish is SO WEIRD. so wet and the batter has that soggy soft feel.
Fries and sauce was good nonetheless. Will not come here again :)

Meat was tough.
I am disappointed because its a Bakuteh shop. If bakuteh is your main course, shouldn't your meat be the best?

The soup was good, the youtiao was good, the vege was good but the meat was disappointing. I had a hard time because it was hard to get the meat away from the bones.

Expected better also because of the name recognition/reputation and number of stores they have in line.

This is my first time here, I am not sure how consistent/inconsistent the cooking is. But I don't think I will try it again. I thought I might find alternatives/ new favs but should be Sticking to my usual bakuteh shop

People were very nice though, was very attentive to helping us add soup and food came really quick.

At least I had a 1 for 1 promo, not bad.
Only spent $21 in total.
