10/10 would recommend! Definitely give it a go if you're a matcha lover. Even I myself whom is not a big fan of matcha found it delicious. Matcha taste is not too overwhelming but still can taste the nutty flavour of the matcha. Not very sweet, would be nice to eat it with their cake.

Nice ambience, not too crowded on a weekday afternoon. Nice place to do work or just want some quiet time. Do note that they have a time limit of 60-90mins(can't remember the exact time).

Recommend the sweet potato cake! Plenty of sweet potatoes, cake is light and fluffy, not too sweet. Won't make you feel bloated or jelat.

Yuzu drink was not bad too. Good to drink during hot weather. Taste of yuzu is not too strong. I would still go for the matcha based drinks since Hvala specialises in matcha.

Will definitely come back again to try out the rest of the items on their menu. <3

Bought the chicken biryani, cheese prata with lime juice on the side. Food came relatively fast, service was not bad too.

Prata is really crispy, slightly on the oilier side but that's what makes it delicious, in fact one of the better ones I've tasted.

Briyani is normal, nothing that really stands out but still good nevertheless. Rice was quite fragrant and chicken was tender.

Lime juice is just lime juice lol. Nothing could really go wrong with it.

Overall would recommend this place if you're nearby. Food is affordable and decent, good to go with friends to satisfy your prata cravings. Do note that for the yishun safra outlet you may need to queue during peak hours.
