Undoubtedly the star at 记得来 Ji De Lai is this braised poultry – the tender meat is served boneless and sliced into thin strips for easy eating. I love it smothered in the viscous gravy, which tantalises with subtle nuances of herbs and spices. The braised eggs were unfortunately overcooked and too hard, though!
