Each "slice" is easily 3x the thickness of what we usually get elsewhere. Salmon sashimi was the most memorable of all, with its rich creaminess, less the fishiness. Black beans works surprisingly well! Comes along with a rice bowl sized miso soup with loads of tofu cubes and boiled fish. I'll be back real soon!
