Filling was good, crunchy and clean umami from the shrimps.

Another solid bao. It's just not mindblowing tho, I guess it's worth the trouble only if you love baos

The meat was very good. It's got much more spices than your normal version, the bun was reasonably fluffy w some bite.

Idk if it's worth all the trouble from reserving via phone to taking a grab to this ulu location then queuing for the food, but it is a good bao

The boss of Wee Hoi Kopitiam insisted we try his wife's "kueh kosui" and it was simple but so good. Soft and not too sweet which is exactly the way I like it :)


They actually used real meat to cook it. Unlike the ones in SG, the meat had bones.
Next time must re-visit this place and tasted all their bao.

The preserved vegetable and the pork belly were perfectly bond. No trace of fatty meat or smelly pork was found.
Please order this. Too good to miss.

The celeriac was fried till translucent (which was very difficult). The juice and depth of flavor could only be found in such root veg.
Just give this a try.
