紅花麻辣鹽水雞

I first noticed this stall while watching the popular Taiwanese variety show, 康熙来了 Here Comes Kangxi and have been dying to try since! It's a small pushcart with about 5 staff surrounding it and all the regulars naturally fell into place to order, pay and collect. I had to get help from a local and then could act like a pro later helping another tourist to make orders heh. 😎 Pick out the ingredients you like in Yong Tau Foo style and state your preferred level of spice.

Prices are slightly higher than usual stalls in other night markets but oh my gawd is it addictive! Ingredients were fresh and of a huge range plus I loved the fragrant herbal like sauce and spices/pepper used. My spicy food tolerance was definitely tested here for I started tearing and sweating within 5 mouths? It was slightly numbing but it's the kind of addictive fiery kicks that keep you digging the bag for more. IT WAS SO SHIOK I LOVE. Please stay this way till I come back again!
