Not the most typical combi (cos who would give up charsiew for chicken?!) but oh well, here’s good news for the rare few who doesn’t appreciate charsiew (like my sis)
Very herbally and springy noods! Roast duck was decent - a tad too tough for my liking. Would prefer if there weren’t small tiny bones to look out for too 🙊
