It sounds dumb but this was our favourite dish! Imagine a very competent plate of noodles but chilled lor. You gotta give it to PRC for the ability to make random ingredients come together.

We tried a new place. Here are lamb, beef and pork. Although they were more seasoned than some places, the meats weren't differentiated enough, which for me is always a flaw. Warning: don't order the tendon, it's really stupid being inedible rubber.
