Good Monday morning! I made this cheese omelette sandwich for breakfast to cheer myself up a little. Didn't have the best start to my day when I found out I wasn't posted to the junior college of my first choice. But hey, I guess life is full of the unexpected, so I'll gladly accept this as one of life's many challenges. Looking forward to school reopening tomorrow! Have a fabulous Monday, everyone. Cheers! 

Good Saturday morning! I just woke up to a late breakfast of 'mee chiang kueh', traditional pancakes filled with red bean paste, crushed peanuts and shredded coconut. Bliss! ❀

Good morning, good people! Having a ham, cheese and sunny side-up egg sandwich for breakfast. Have a great Sunday guys! 🍳🍞🍴

#breakfastideas: Baked Egg and Cheese ToastπŸ˜ƒπŸ³ 1. Lay out two pieces of white/wholemeal bread on a baking pan lined with an aluminum sheet. Cut out any shape on one of the slices using a knife or cookie-cutter(cookie-cutter is way neater). Spread butter on the other piece. 2. On the buttered piece, lay out cheese on the edges as shown. 3. Cover up with the other slice of bread. 4. Crack a small/medium egg into the hole. Top it off with a little butter, ground sea salt and black pepper. 5. Bake in a preheated oven at 175 degrees Celsius for 12-13 minutes(which will give you a nice slightly runny yolk and white), or until egg is set to your liking.

Good Sunday morning! β˜€ Here's another of my #breakfastideas for today, but I'm still learning the art of the perfect omelette! πŸ˜‚ Happy Sunday, everyone!

What's a birthday without mee sua and egg? πŸ˜‰ Thanks, Mom!
