a large proportion of the customers in this dessert house are females. but that shouldn’t deter anyone from going in. the matcha bavarois is a perfectly set square of creamy, bitter pudding. eaten with a smidge of whipped cream and some azuki, japanese dessert doesn’t get any more traditional or delicious!
