Happy to have gotten a chance to learn how to make macarons. While it wasn't easy as there were so many steps involved but glad that it turns out okie. Need to find time and practice at home now!!


Didn't know that making Japanese Hamburg steak is this simple and most importantly it tastes wonderful!

Class tonight was conducted by Jamie-sensei, and am happy to have a baking session with my secondary school friends. The matcha poundcake mixed with sweet black beans, is light and fluffy plus there's a bit of nutty taste as you bite into it.
Note that this trial class menu will end on 31 October 2015. Normal price is $48, with a member it's only $28. So hurry grab a member and go for the class together!!


As this type of sponge cake is a tad dry, we moistened it with Cherry liquor before spreading the Chantilly cream over. Think the challenge for all was to ensure an even layer of whipped cream and skilful pipping on top. Time to start practicing more at home!


Really love the rich chocolaty taste of this cake. Going to class again this afternoon, stay tuned!
