Quality Music + Ambience + Coffee/Tea = Acoustic Cafe We harbour a love to unwind in a warm and crisp ambience but have found cafés out there too noisy. Many times, we were forced to leave due to the unbearable noise. It was from that point that we started looking into the sound treatment of our café. Music can be a powerful thing; it drives the tempo of your heartbeat and it can blanket you with an air of repose. It is in this belief that we furnish ourselves with a finely tuned sound system, for it is through acoustics that we create warmth and tranquility. There is an audiophile in all of us. We just need the right tune. Ditch your sound bar. Come and enjoy something different.

1. Breakfast your way ($17.50+): built your own breakfast set. I had pancake with scrambled egg + mushroom + bacon + maple syrup. The pancake was overcook, hence texture was hard. Egg was ok.

2. Garlic Calamari & Prawn Pasta ($19+): comes with two tiger prawns, was fresh and yummy. However the whole pasta was too oily for my liking.

3. Acoustic Laksa ($21+): taste exactly the same as our traditional laksa but this a dried pasta version. The laksa fragrance was thick enough, Recommended!

4. Classic Tots ($9+): mini harshbrown with maple syrup, this is my to go dish if I’m returning next time. Simple yet delicious! Must eat!

Double shot coffee & it came well-balanced with the milk; not bitter or acidic..

Cream cheese is light & creamy, topped with crunchy biscuit crumbs & strawberries; cream cheese tastes weird when eaten on its own, so give a good toss to mix with the crumbs; though I still prefer the normal cheesecake..

Meat is tender & well-marinated with no gamey taste; with roasted potatoes & crunchy kailan; drizzled with housemade mustard sauce which is light & complement the meat well; good for sharing..

Fish fillet is firm & fresh; skin is lightly salted; sat on top a bed of roasted potatoes; especially love the honey lemon garlic butter sauce, it was citrusy & fragrant which whets appetite; well executed dish worth a try..

Pasta is al-dente with well-balanced garlic taste & chilli flakes; not spicy, tad oily at the bottom; with various seafood such as tiger prawns, asari clams & squids, however not as fresh as expected..
